Sips For Nina

In partnership with the Nina Strong Foundation, we are dedicated to advancing cancer research and offering hope to those battling this devastating disease. Founded in Nina’s memory, the foundation continues her mission to inspire, uplift, and work toward a world free of cancer.

Nina was more than a member of the Once Upon a Coconut team—she was the heart and soul of everything we did. She had a gift for lighting up every room she entered, making life brighter just by being in it. Loyal and quick-witted, Nina had a way of making everyone feel instantly at home. Whether sharing her love for her husband, family, and friends or telling stories about her dogs, she always gave her whole heart to the people she cared about.

Her passion for life was unmatched. From cheering on Notre Dame football and the New York Yankees to cruising in her Jeep with the windows down, music playing, and coffee in hand (always coffee!), Nina embraced life with contagious joy. Her kindness extended far beyond her inner circle. She was a dedicated advocate for causes close to her heart, including the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the SUA Sponte Foundation, and the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.

Nina made everyone feel seen, heard, and loved. She was always there to listen, offering not just her time but her heart. Her warmth, laughter, and unwavering strength left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her. Nina’s legacy of love and hope continues to inspire us as we take steps toward a cure and a world free of cancer.
