Order Processing / Shipping

Orders are processed for Shipment within 1 to 2 business days of receipt Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We do not ship/fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders submitted after 1PM EST during normal business hours will not be considered the 1st business day.

 

Returns

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of product or do exchanges of product. If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong Once Upon a Coconut order please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing orders@onceuponacoconut.com
